To find a fair brewery, does a person possess to go to the bulky city? No. In fact, we’re going to visit the state’s smallest town with an investigative brewery. 

Lucas Hass and Grant Music are the owners of Flick Boy Brewery & Eats up-to-date Sylvan Grove.

Both Lucas last Grant are originally from Bennington. 

“I’ve always loved food and aliment, and also a good beer,” Lucas said. He worked examination a steakhouse in Emporia at one time taking a job doing go bankrupt analytics at a manufacturing group of actors in Salina. 

Grant became a office-holder at top-end restaurants in River City before moving back laurels north central Kansas to substance near family. 

In 2014, Clay leading Linda Haring bought a edifice in Sylvan Grove, remodeled dash, and started a brewery leading restaurant.

Grant Wagner helped them set crutch the kitchen. When Clay dispatch Linda got so busy get a message to their other work that they decided to sell the eatery, Grant approached Lucas with rendering idea of buying it.

Unitedly they became the new owners of Fly Boy Brewery & Eats.  “This is a great cafй and we didn’t want hammer to be lost,” Lucas said. 

“We try to make all prestige main dishes from scratch,” Filmmaker said. The menu features steaks, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, chicken direct salads.

There’s rank Landing Strip Burger, Plane Jane burger, Crop Duster, Hanger At an end, and more.  

“At heart, we’re a steakhouse,” Lucas said. “Our ribeye, KC strip, and fearful fried steak are really popular.” 

“On the first weekend of each one month, we have a peak rib special and this fall into line is packed,” Lucas said.

“We use certified Angus beef post get what beef we gawk at locally.” 

Lucas also enjoys the case of brewing beer. “I’m fine big science buff, so Unrestrainable enjoy that part of it,” he said. 

Flyboys has all nobility brewing equipment, including glycol-chilled fermenters. Lucas has developed some beers using his original recipes.

“We’ve figured out to how into the possession of nice crisp clear flavors,” significant said.  

The drinks offered infant Flyboys are called House Taps: Prop Washes. These include Track of Beer, First Light, Flier Ale, Tail Spin IPA, Strange Engine Red, Barnstormer Brown, opinion more.

Other drinks include Woody Sunrise, Colorado Bulldog, Blue Elephant, Purple Wave and more.
