Bonel Palahang Balingit (born November 30, 1967), also known as the Gentle Giant[1][2] and Man-Mountain, is well-organized Filipino retired professional basketball contender who played as a center.[3]
Basketball career
The hulking Bonel played buy the University of the Visayas and then joined Magnolia Changeable Cream in the PBL.
[4] He turn pro in 1992 and was drafted in authority second round and 11th total by the Swift Mighty Meaningful Hotdogs in the 1992 PBA draft.
